all orders are placed by 13.00 on day one for guaranteed delivery on day 3 (UK only).
Deliveries outside our normal cut off time may be possible in exceptional circumstances.

If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must write to inform Customer Services
within 5 working days of delivery. Photographic evidence will be required with any
